365 days. It’s been a smiley ride with our little guy, and other cliche’s. We have absolutely enjoyed every minute, even the late night teething tantrums.

We celebrated Gavin’s birthday with Ryan, Jack, and Uncle G at the California Science Center, home of the Space Shuttle Endeavor. The kids enjoyed learning about science, nature, and space. Viewing Endeavor was a wonderful experience, one that Gavin will remember for the rest of his life. We exchanged gifts, ate bundtinis, and opened presents. By the end of the evening, Gavin was a tired happy boy, like most days.

Happy Birthday Gavin!!!

Snow Day 3

The saga is complete. Snow Day comes to a close. Our only regret is that we didn’t have the video camera when the family was sledding in the front yard.

Snow Day part 2

The kids love the snow. I hope that they can look back on these videos one day and understand how much fun we had.

Snow Day

Friday, December 13th, 2013

We spent Thanksgiving with family at Grammy and Grandpa’s this year. The kids had a good time with their cousins, as you will shortly see. Snow was a big hit on this trip, as Dane had briefly experienced it before, but had never fully appreciated the entertainment aspects of this new white toy.

We got outside and walked around in the snow every day of our trip, luckily enjoying temps in the mid to high 30’s, with sun, no wind, and no additional precipitation. The kids, as always, were silly.

Funny Clips

Thursday, December 12th, 2013

Mommy gets all of the funny clips. She’s smart and has her cell phone on the ready, capturing the hijinks, documenting the crazy. The kids are in a phase where a camera is needed 24-7 to document the hilarity. There is never a dull moment, the laughs keep on coming, and other cliches. In reality, I really do wish I had a camera rolling at all times, as you never know when you are going to miss the funny.
